Haim Chanin Fine Arts is pleased to announce that seminal French artist Pierrette Bloch will be featured in upcoming MoMA exhibition On Line: Drawing Through the Twentieth Century, on view from November 21, 2010, through February 7, 2011.
Concurrently, Haim Chanin Fine Arts will present a selection of works by the artist on view from November 18 through December 18, 2010. Exploring the fine line between sculpture and drawing, the exhibition will feature historical works from the 70s and 80s, including 4 rare horsehair meshes and 3 of her signature horsehair "lines", a large knitted black rope mesh, along with a selection of more recent works on paper and isorel.
